Hi there i find that when i weigh myself everyday, i get depressed when the numbers don't add up, so i've decided to weigh once a month

i think it's natural to falter from time to time, but the trick is not to give up completely. After Christmas, i felt like giving up also, because since i joined MFP, i've only lost 1lb, because i've been snacking a lot. I haven't given up on exercise, but i do need to clean up my diet, :drinker:

i also hate to have people loooking at me when i'm working out, i lock the door and all the widows to ensure that no one sees me, i guess i'm self concious about all the jiggles. i always hated going to the gym, so working out at home solves my problem:laugh:

when i restarted my excercise program, i did 1hr/day: 1/2hr in the morning &1/2hr in the evening. It was really hard to motivate myself to do the pm workout. The weekend was not to good for me, because on top of all the fattening stuff we normally have at Christmas, my oldest daughter's b'day is actually Christmas day, so i stuffed myself with birthday cake.
