I've been ravenous the last week! My go-to snack is 1 cup of cucumbers- only about 14 calories!! They help me feel a bit more full. If I have a few extra calories I'll dip them in something like light ranch dressing.

Whatever you do, don't eat carbs at night. Try a vegetable like celery, carrots, or sliced cucumber dipped in something very low-cal, low-sugar, low-carb. This way your body won't turn your late-night snack into fat. Good Luck! :smile:

I don't take pictures but I do write in the exercise diary. I write how I feel after my workouts or when I've had a really good workout. I look back on the exercise diary once in a while and remember the workouts when I felt like I was really helping my body! I also think about how much my risk of getting certain diseases…

I alternate cardio with weight lifting. Try running 10 min., then 10 min. of weights, etc. This is circuit training so it burns a lot of calories and builds muscle!

I love using Bestlife Buttery Spread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It has 0 trans fats and no partially hydrogenated oils. I used to only use butter, but now I use this primarily.

I don't take any breaks so I keep my heart rate up, then when I'm finished with the 5 I hop right back on the treadmill.

Well, you should be eating at least 1200 calories so your body doesn't starve itself. Starving your body will actually make you gain weight in the end. I have stretch marks thanks to my adorable little boys. Good thing there are other bathing suit options out there- boyshort swimsuits at least cover up some of those stretch marks!
