@KnitOrMiss Thanks for the extra explanation. I do find my age to be a factor with marathons.... 58 and chugging along. :) and I like you have a thyroid issue, although going Keto has helped to some degree with that. A by-product I didn't expect. I will look into the areas you suggested.

Do you run marathons? If so you understand I cannot take 6 weeks out of my training when I have a scheduled marathon on the horizon.
