That's good advice I was wondering when I should give it a shot as I am doing 30DS right now and doing RI30 next. I guess after that I can try the fit test and see how it goes down.

I'm on Day 20 of the 30DS and so far I've lost 4.5lbs and 7.25" I love it because it's so short only 20-30 minutes :wink:

I do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and it is only 20 minutes, but it kicks your butt. If that is too easy she also makes Ripped in 30 that is more difficult, but short as well.

Yesterday I completed Level 1 and today started Level 2. What is with the squat thrusts and plank jacks? Yowza those are tough. I have a weak low back and have to modify a few moves on level 2. I was going to say that too! I am on L2D1 and am feeling weak too. I was doing spin twice a week and fitting other cardio in where I can. I don't think I am going to do cardio this week (at least not at the beginning of the week) so that my body can get used to level 2 then I may add the intense cardio back in next…

Well, if you like intervals have you ever tried Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred? If you look that up on the forum you will see lots of people have had great results with that one. I love the workout because it's only 20 minutes, but it works you. Look up 30DS and check out the results :wink:

I don't think there is anything wrong with doing yoga or walking our bodies need to move everyday. We were made to move. Yoga might be good to stretch you out if you had an intense workout the day prior anyway.
