When I weighed 220lbs I lost 50lbs in 3 months lifting weights, doing pilates, & minimal cardio. You have to eat healthy though. All your workout will go down the drain if you eat crappy. I am in the same predicament, but I have more time than you do. If you need help/tips message me :wink:

I wish my hair wouldn't dry up if I washed it everyday, but it does. So I use TIGI Rockaholic Dirty Secret Dry Shampoo in between washing and it works well.

You look great. I agree with everyone else, just lift weights now. The rest of the small amount of fat that you have will burn off like that and you will have some lovely definition to show off in your bikini ;)

Don't weigh yourself as much. The scale fluctuates especially for women, we retain and hormones make weigh-ins no fun. Just keep logging your food and working out. I use it to track my cardio and manually enter weight training. Mine seems to do the trick and is working okay.
