when I did MFP in 2012 and lost 79lbs I was under my calories by three to four hundred after exercise each day. I too am starting again. The last time in 2012 I lost 79 pounds with MFP and gained it all back + 7lb I have been making a lot of false starts between then and now. But this time I know when it comes to logging and exercise it's "Progress not Perfection" With that in mind, I'm beginning again
