Hi I was wondering if anyone else suffers from severe fatigue after they've eaten? I don't eat big amounts but whatever I eat I just feel like I need to go to sleep. Hi there good luck with your weight loss!! Two keys to success which have helped me is to remember:- drink plenty of water and also, eat all of the recommended calories. Do not under eat you won't lose weight!!! x:smile:

3000 to 1200 is too big a drop. You need to up your cals or else your body will think you are starving it. When your body is straved it hangs on to all your fat stores by slowing down your metabolism. I have been doing spinning classes, they are soooo tough but once your done u feel great. I've been in agony at bed time tho. My legs really ache at night!! :yawn:

I had the same problem. I was consuming less than 1000 cals a day and going to the gym thinking the weight would come flying off, however I found out after 3 weeks that by doing this your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every bit of fat. You need to eat all of your daily allowence to speed your motabulism up…
