I've also been reading another post on the forums and got you some more links to look through for food ideas :) http://www.brokeandhealthy.com/ http://www.reddit.com/r/EatCheapAndHealthy/ http://www.pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=cheap%20healthy :D

Wow, 10 GBP seems super small. However, I know there is a website for the "beneath the line" challenge. They have a website with recipes as well. All for 5 GBP a week. You might something in there and even make room for eggs or something extra. :) edit: I found them…

I was a student until about 3 months ago. But I am still living on a small budget with my new job. Does that count?

I know the feeling. Maybe you're oversleeping? I know I get tired if I sleep more than usual. So I usually get up at the same time I would for work. Every day at 6:30 I am up, even on the weekends because my body reacts better that way. Maybe cut an exercise day during the week and go for a really long walk on the weekend?

I don't add spices at all, everything else, yes. I shoot to be around my calorie goal, a bit over or under doesn't matter to me as log as I am good overall :)

You said you out the chilis in oil, yet the oil is not added to your food diary. Those calories still count... edit: the bread is probably more than 198 cals as well. add bread and butter separately.

Wait. wait whaaaaaaaaaaat? "Your face is pretty, wear more make-up." How does that make sense again?

You're fat. You need to lose weight.

I send requests to random people that seem to be as crazy as I am :) But I am not sending out FRs just because a guy is hot. That's disturbing.

I'm gonna say you're no eating enough. You lose when you eat a a deficit. If I were sedentary and maintain at 60 kg, I should be eating around 1800 cals. So you definitely need to up your cals. And eat those exercise cals back, too. Right now you eat 1370 cals minus the exercise cals. That's less than the recommended 1200…

False TNP grocery shops local rather than at a chain.

My friggin' eighth graders are taller than me -.- It's kinda difficult to maintain order if you do not look intimidating.

Don't bake cookies after dinner. Ever. That's something I learned the hard way :P Also, have a late, big dinner. You might go hungry before, but I am better at being hungry for an hour or two than I am at not binging after dinner.

Sounds like you get enough exercise already. Just cut down on the food, maybe add some strength training on the weekend?

"Honour" by M.B. Feeney, "The Eyre Affair" by Jasper Fforde, and the First Year Teacher's Survival Guide :P

I kind of, sort of do. I am at school all week except Wednesdays where I have to drive all over the state for special classes. On those days we have a potluck, or go to a restaurant so I guesstimate what I eat and don't take the day super seriously :)

Abso-friggen-lutely nothing. My school kids were so loud that I want to hear nothing right now.

Boobies make you happy, happiness prolongs life. Looking at boobies prolongs life. YES!!! Also, no matter what gender or sexual orientation you are, boobies are good. Round and soft and squishy :P Everybody loves boobs!

There's a few things I can see that you might want to work on: Focus on toning/strength rather than weight alone. For that you need more protein. Also, try to log the salad and other things in grams/ounces not as "1 serving" or "17.5 chips". Grams on the food scale do not lie, servings do :) Try to go for 0.5 pound loss…

Not eating the entire pack of chocolates when I get them.

home improvement stores, tool stores... :)

Dude, you're 18. You can buy protein powder yourself. There's nothing your parents can say against you buying it.
-
So...0.25g/kg at each meal? Or overall?
-
Yep, the recipe tab on MFP is great. I make the complete recipe and then divide the food into several smaller containers I can store in the fridge. That way I don't have to say "100g is X calories", but can go with "one container of food is Y amount of calories".
