1) If you're under 18 GTFO. 2) You're a teenage boy, that food won't kill you, unless you do no sports whatsoever. 3) Offer to cook for the family of have a heart-to-heart with your mom.

You are gorgeous!

Some sort of Norwegian schnapps someone brought to the party :P

Try medium to low heat so the eggs won't stick. Never had any problems before.

I got little round plastic tubs from IKEA. Divide everything into there and you have the number of servings.

She lives on 20k GBP a year. That's 1667 GBP a month or 26716 USD or 2139 Euro. Are you kidding me? I lived on 500 Euro a month as a student. Now I live on 1500 Euro and I have to pay more than 400 GBP/month rent from that . That lady should learn to read up on how to buy good food. *shakes fist*

I had 800 cals worth of Ben & Jerry's Chunky Monkey today and I am only 8 cals over my goal :P

I usually get Kerrygold or German butter made about a twenty minute drive from where I live.

Have her make cupcakes and only have one or two? Otherwise a slice of ANY cake won't kill you.

I am a teacher in middle school and many of our kids are from troubled childhoods, so we teacher manners again, basic "please" and "thank you". And we try to enable them to get a job. So we teach mostly soft skills :)

Thank you.

I always wonder where people get egg whites only from. I suspect it's a very American thing as I have never seen a carton of egg white in a German supermarket. Could anyone clarify if they sell egg whites only in countries other than the US?

Well, the ex handled the situation absolutely correctly. Handing off your recruitment means he cannot be accused of sabotage. And blocking you means there will be no accusations of spying on one another (when you block someone, you cannot get on their page either). So yeah...no satisfaction for you, because you don't have…

I had the same problem. So I am using two strategies. 1) Don't buy junk. (And if you do, buy one very small portion and put it on a high shelf where you'd need a ladder to get it.) 2) Leave about 300 cals for after 7 pm (that's when my munchies hit.) Just plan in some extra stuff after dinner.

seeds (pumpkin, sunflower...) carrots fruit boiled eggs or just walk around the store to look for snacks.

What exactly is the challenge? Like what do you consider "fast food"? Is it chain restaurants like Burger King or McD's? Then, yes, I'll support ya. Just friend me. Or is it food that is made fast? Like I can make a baked potato in five minutes, omelet in three and so on. All of it fast food, none of it "bad".

Honest talk it is. Thanks :)

Thanks for the answers. I think as a friend I should be able to talk to her. It's her choice ultimately, but if she really wants to be healthy she might look at what she's eating. Also thanks for the links and facts. :)

sadly, yes. I can still manage with the cups I have now (bras for big boobs are expensive :/ ). But I don't like that they don't have that bounce to them anymore. I am actively thinking about getting them tucked after I reach my goal weight.

John Barrowman. I think he'd be a blast to hang out with.

It's only playing into my fitness goal in the way that I need to make room for some special noms :)

Just don't cut out soda and snacks? Instead go for smaller portions? I have something chocolate or ice cream pretty much every day and my scale numbers are going down.

I have a microwave steamer I simply love. Steam up some potatoes and eat with herbal quark http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_(dairy_product) Or steam up carrots and have them with some butter. There are endless possibilities on how to eat veggies. Just try all of them until you find the ones you like. :)

5.4 km, or 10 minutes by car through the town at "rush hour".

I am currently obsessed with plain yoghurt with a tablespoon of maple syrup. Some frozen red currants are optional, but makes the whole affair more icy :)

I live in a small city in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. We get hail, downpour, brilliant sunshine, and drizzly rain all within the same hour :)

Great!
