your doing great honey.... have you tried craigslist... i got a really good treadmill for 150 bucks... it tracks my heartrate and has the incline feature on it .... but its better to get out with the kids, weather permitting, as they will enjoy the mommy time... good luck honey

i also guesstamate...... i also do the individual ingredients in here and tack on maybe 100 more if i feel that was not enough.. usually tho if i do it individually i come up with more than enough calories... just saying... good luck honey

i say have it.. i have some lindels white chocolate truffles right next to me ... i try to remember how many calories are in each one and i will try to compensate it with more exercise .... so i can eat it ... its so far working out great.. i can have one ..... i agree this is not a prison sentence.. have what you want..…

wish ii could afford to go to a gym .... that would be cool.. but alas im too embarassed to go alone for one thing... so i bought a treadmill that is in my bedroom to replace my gym time... i think 7 days a week is too much... you will burn out... try going 4 or 5 days and giving your body a break...

i am the same way.. im not sweeping and mopping everyday as i used to... and one thing that i have noticed that i have become a stickler on is calories... i have to know how many calories are in something before i put it in my mouth... i really use the scan thingy alot... on everything i can....

you can do this.... i wasnt as good at tracking my food intake until i got the app for my phone... now anything that hits the mouth has to be tracked... im getting to be a stickler for that... you can do this.... peace

i think my problem is my body is in starvation mode... i have eaten one meal a day for over two years hence the slow metabolism i have.... BUT i am trying this 1200 calories and the weight is not coming off.. it did at the beginning but now its coming back on one pound at a time.. i was up to 5 lbs lost now im down to 1 lb…

well first off .. im not dieting..im counting my calories.... seems to work better for me to say that... after quitting smoking just 6 weeks ago i was dreading the weight gain so my daughter turned me on to this site.. i say you are doing a great job already....

i think im in starvation mode... as i was only eating one meal a day usually dinner ..and i was famished by the time i served it ... not drinking enough water etc.... hopefully with this program i can monitor myself and get out of it ...
