rode my bike for approx. 15-20 minutes in this heat and cleaned house... thats about all of my exercise for today... will try to do the treadmill later when it cools down a bit.... right now its just too darnn hot...

i have to eat even tho im not hungry....there are days where i go with only one meal a day and its usually dinner.... but i have done that for so many years that i am in starvation mode...and now im finding it difficult to get out of it.... im trying to eat more calories each day but i feel like i should be gaining…

i also have a problem with drinking water.... i find that the only time i actually drink it is if im really thirsty...which means im dehydrated... so im just trying to add more water to my daily intake.... i cant do those crystal light or flavored water pkgs...they taste awful.... i do drink alot of coffee or diet dr.…

im finding it hard to eat three meals a day no matter how much i try... im just not hungry...i could be satisfied with just dinner.... but that has put my body into starvation mode.... but im just not hungry.... so if i get two meals in a day i feel full .....when i eat dinner im overstuffed ...at least my brain is telling…

i personally never have taken it ... but i do remember taking a anti-depressant whose side effects was weight gain and i did gain 50 lbs before i had the dr.take me off of it.... it might have been zyprexia now that im thinking about it ... i wasnt hungry and i ate normally but it all stayed in me... all the pills i take…

used to sell the stuff.. it worked for my ex but not for me .... my sister n law lost lots of weight on it but it was costing her almost $800 per month.... as soon as she went off she gained it all back plus... so i think its an individual choice.. sorry wish i could help more
