I know the feeling! I've tried to lose weight a few times now and it seems like no matter what I do I always plateau at the same weight... Thanks everyone for the tips! Hopefully it goes well. The biggest problem I see is the booze and the fact that 90% of the food in the all inclusive buffets is deep fried but I'll just have to watch what I eat a bit. Thanks!!
