i read all three books. i loved them. someone started an fb page called christian grey and they are using matt bomer as their profile pic. I would have to say him. collin egglesfiels maybe. still not sure of the Ana character.

our favorite driver is jeff gordon. i cannot stand kyle busch. closest track is sonoma but we love fontana. we get exercise walking all over the place and we drink and eat terrible that day.

so just eat protein and double my water like i consume usually 8 glasses so youre saying drink 16 for three days and just protein. any suggestions on the three days. Im having salmon tonight.

i do turbo jam 6 days a week. saturday is my rest day. i need a rest day especially for my knees i do alot of kicking.

well i think i will take your advice and try upping instead of lowering. right now im also trying eat clean only diet. really not sure how long i will last on that lol.

good article captain. i love my red wine and i actually left the bottle on the shelf this weekend. i did have a couple of beers which only made me feel bloated so no more of those. so im going to stay away from alcohol all week. we have a concert next weekend and i do plan to drink than. but in moderation

i agree cause i got on the scale and i was up 3.8 from three days ago. thats not possible. So i realized i ate alot of sodium food yesterday and Im sure i will drop right down in a few days. I also agree the scale will just make us mad unless its going down obviously.
