  • A fantastic result!!! The first time I did the 5K it took almost 39 minutes and I am 28!! Really impressed with your times and motivation- well done you!
  • This thread is fantastic! I hadn't thought of comparing it to something. I started googling, turns out I have lost the equivalent of either- a petrol lawn mower a large safe an assisted wheelchair a large business laser printer I am blown away- and I know I will carry on with determination and drive!
  • A really fantastic story- with awesome success. I completely agree with the way you changed your attitude to food, talking about portion sizes and choices was something I also had to radically change- and like you, strictly control foods like cheese and bacon. • What a great result- it is clear you have worked hard. Noticeable collar bones in your last pic, that was one of my favourite things about loosing my weight!
  • Thanks for all the lovely comments- I have been grinning from ear to ear reading them. I feel my confidence growing hugely and I don't try and 'hide' in huge clothes anymore. There was no overnight cure or pill, but actually, once the weight started to come off it was quite addictive. Just trying to make the right choices…
  • What a fantastic idea! add another mile on from me- let us know how you get on!
  • That is a fantastic result!! The photos are amazing- well done!
  • A fantastic result- really well done! You are looking fantastic. We have a similar goal so I wish you every success!
  • All my old clothes are gone, my other half has been putting them on ebay and saving the money as spending money for our upcoming holiday! If you are changing your lifestyle there is no need to hold onto them, I know I will never go back. The only thing I kept was a large pair of jeans just as a visual reminder of how far I…
