I am doing the advanced Turbo Fire day 2 today :) I would like to do a different program after though.

I have only lost a total of 8 lbs from doing the 12 weeks of Turbo Fire, but my body is completely different and I love it. I think that the weight has shifted and I am gaining muscle, which is probably the case for you. My weight loss has picked up in the past two weeks though so keep at it :)

-
yu did AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!
-
WOW!!!!!!! Great job!!!!! You are an inspiration :)
-
I thought the same thing about 60 when I tried it, but I did like that it had different moves because it means something new to master :) I am hoping that it will grow on me as well. By the way what were your results for the 12 week mark? I am so excited to know!

Start today!!!! So much fun and you will love it! Also, I do not follow the nutrition guide, I just watch my calories. Good luck!
-
The exercises are geared for using the bands I think if you know how to properly exercise the particular muscle that she is working on at that time, you could use weights, but a lot of the moves are geared towards working multiple muscles at the same time while using the bands so it may be awkward without them... good luck…

I know how that feels, but keep pressing play. Also, you may need to eat more calories because you are burning so much during the workouts. Keep us posted on your progress~!

That is awesome!!! I can't wait to see your results!! I LOVE that you wrote about how working full time and also going to school full time and still being able to "fit" your workouts in. One of the things that people keep asking me is how I find time to exercise and I have two kids and work full time as well (teacher-so I…

How did you like P90X? I am thinking that or Insanity for my next round...

I knew that you would be back and better than ever! I love the Polar ft4 and it was the greatest gift for me so far and the biggest help in my journey so far. You are going to be rockin a small soon! Keep firing and pressing play! XO

Hi and Welcome to Turbo Fire!!! Do not get discouraged...and definitely do not feel like a failure. My advice to you would be to definitely do the breakdown video (new to class) and I would NOT start out with the HIIT classes. Try the Fire 30 tomorrow again. "If you are moving, you are still burning calories and I love…

I love the core video! I hate the tone/sculpt :)

Try to visualize where you want to be and know that you have done so well so far and you are this much closer to your goal. If you gave up now, you will have to start all over again. 3 months is a big deal :) Don't give up!
-
Thanks, Girls, I do the HIITS as well I just substitute the tone/sculpt. However, I feel so good when I burn lots of calories :)
-
To be honest, yes, I was so sore and tired the next day, but I pushed through the workout. It wasn't my best workout though, I will be honest. :)
-
Fire 45 and 55 are my favorites :) That is my favorite song though of all the workouts!
-
Me too, I have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred instead. I feel more of a burn and I am sore the next day :)
-
Week 9 day 3 (rest day) LOVE TF :)

Welcome! I am Brooke and I am a Turbofire-a-holic! Love it! I am in week 9 and I am actually excited about working out everyday. I hope that you enjoy it~!

Sounds awesome!
-
Awesome progress! I can see the difference, too!
-
The balls of my feet hurt as well and I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking of trying some ortho inserts to see if that helps...
-
Class was ok, not a big fan of 45 EZ, but I like some of the routines :)
-
GREAT job so far! Your results are awesome!
-
THIS!

Whose house??? MY HOUSE! Ok, officially my favorite workout! FIRE 55!
-
Welocme back! One thing that people say all the time and I never want to believe it is that if there was a quick fix to dieting and fast results, then everyone would be skinny. I think that even though it sucks going through it and it seems that things are NEVER going to happen, before you know it, 3 months have gone by…

you look great! Keep up the great work!
