Hi! I just started this week after doing 6 weeks of a beginner workout from Nia Shanks. I am on week 2.

I am looking to start on Monday the 27th, I would love to join a group or start a group...I have done the program before but not consistently. I am looking to find people to keep me motivated and challenged. Let me know if anyone is interested. If there is a challenge group already, I would love to join :)

Keep doing it! It DOES get easier. Trust me. For the first few times I had to stop, rewind, play and do it again. At some points I found myself cursing at the TV and at Chalene because I could not figure out what she was doing. I DO SOLEMNLY SWEAR it gets easier. I have done the program 2 times already. Now, I can do them…

Love this post because I feel the same way. In fact, I was reading it while I was eating some doritos. I refuse to deprive myself of foods because I will only want them more. Everything in moderation...I have been steadily losing as well :) Good for you!

That sounds like a good idea :) It may keep you fuller longer as well...I think I should try that. I did it in the beginning, I don't remember if it worked. LOL

I am still here with you, Beth!!! I have started to gain some weight back and I am not sure why. I do need some motivation to kick it into high gear because I am approaching a year of logging and exercising. I am likeing the JMBR so far...but I am still here for ya! You got this!

I love hearing from people who are doing the same workouts you are and the same programs because you can compare notes, etc. It also keeps you motivated because it makes sure that you do your workouts. I was thinking that, too, but I was sore the next day after, so it was a good workout, I think. If you have time, go for the cardio :) It won't hurt.

It says that they shipped...I am starting ASAP!! I have done a few of her DVD's before and completed her 30 Day Shred program. I got good results from that, so I am looking forward to a new program.

Chalene says of the Turbos, the intensity goes as follows: Turbo Jam being the lowest, Turbo Kick (Classes at Gyms) and then Turbo Fire. It is intense, but I never did Turbo Jam or Kick, so I don't know the difference :) I love it!

I hate to say it but the key words that you said are..."The only workouts I enjoy doing are the HIITS" If you don't look forward to your workout, you are most likely not going to want to do them.
