  • Woo hoo! Just finished for today! Congrats to your first day and loving it!
  • Holy cow! This is amazing, and good for you! I hope that I can look like you someday :)
  • WOW! I can totally see your results! Your side profile pic is where I saw it the most and also it looks as if you are developing a six pack! I am so proud of you! Oh also, you can see it in your back!!!! Great job!!!
  • Hi! I am Brooke. I am 30 years old and a middle school English teacher. I teach 6th graders and they EXHAUST ME! I am a mom of two boys (3 and 5) I have always tried losing weight without the exercise part and that has worked, but I am really now trying to focus on becoming fit WHILE losing weight. I wanted to do Turbo…
  • I am also a beginner and I get so lost that I end up jumping around like an idiot...I hope this passes and gets easier because it is frustrating :(
  • I also heard about 10 calories a minute, so I use that. I really need a HRM though :)
  • Awesome! Do you stick with the class schedule that came with the DVD's?
  • Thanks, so much! You did amazing as well! How is Ripped in 30 going for you?
  • I am on Day 28-two days left and I have been doing it faithfully everyday, no breaks and also watching my calories. I lost 6 lbs and I will measure my inches on Sunday. If anything, a lot of women have lost TONS of inches and not su much in the weight department, so I say go for it! It is literally only 25 minutes out of…
  • Way to go! I have to admit, I have been reading your posts daily and it has motivated me to keep going. I only have 6 left and CAN'T wait to be in your shoes :) I can't wait to hear about all of your results! Great job!!

  • AMEN!! I hate those planks!
  • I am on day 17 and no break :) Still going strong!
  • Me too, me too! WOW! I am in, I want those results, too! :)
  • Thank you all so much! I needed to hear that and I did not even think of Ebay, so I will look there. For those of you doing it already, what have your results been, if you don't mind sharing. I know that losing weight takes time, but it is nice to see results for motivation. Thanks again!
  • Also, it is WAY expensive, I would hate to spend that much money on something I would not use :)
  • I just sent a message to someone about this! I WANT IN!!! But, I want more information, too...from real people. Like, how long are the workouts? Can a "beginner" really handle the moves?
  • I say keep going as well/ What day are you on? Just start counting up from there again. I know that you were on level 2, so maybe do a day of level 1 and then start level 2 fresh? You can do this! :)
  • Just finished day 1 of level 2 and holy-freakin-moly, I am still panting. At first I was happy about the change in the cardio, but seriously holy moly all those plank moves...WOW! What is 3 going to be like? I think that this is where we will see the most results!

  • Thank you, thak you and thank you for posting that. I am a teacher and I have been having this discussion a lot especially this year. I am NOT expecting more money, I just want to be recognized for all the work that I am trying to do with the students instead of being told that my students are not good enough. My job does…
  • What a sad story and how horrible for you-noone should have to feel that way. He is a jerk (as other people have told you) and he shouldn't have married you in the first place. The only real extra weight that you had was him! Now that you got rid of that, you can work on the other stuff. The best revenge is going to be…
  • You are shrinking!!! You look great!!!! Keep going! You can especially tell in the side pics :)
  • I feel like a lot of you and I wouldn't share half of the things on here with facebook...only when I lose weight! I find that I am on here just as much as facebook but I love it here because it feels safer and everyone has the same goal. I wish there were more components like facebook like a like button would be cool! or…
  • Vodka and diet sprite or vodka and club with a splash of cranberry. Vodka and crystal light lemonade is also good, or vodka crystal light lemonade with the club soda or sprite for a "kick"
  • Great job, and you can really tell :) Keep up the awesome work!
  • That is a good cheat though :) Good for you and thanks for the positive side, I have been dreading level two because of some of the posts, now I am looking forward to it :)
  • I am 5'6" as well and although I would LOVE to be around 135, I am most comfortable somewhere around 140, so that is my goal.
  • Yeah, Day 1 done! I feel good. I have to go and get weights, I used water bottles today and I can do a little heavier, but not much. What killed me was the first set of cardio...heck, who am I kidding, I was feeling the warm up! LOL. The bicycle crunches at the end..oh boy! I am proud though and I can do this!
  • Ok, so I am excited and scared but I am ready. In a few minutes I am going to try the Dreaded Shred :) I will post later if I live to tell the tale :)
  • I am so glad that there are so many people that want to do this. I hear it is rough the first few days but gets better, I just want the awesome results! Good luck everyone
