That is the hardest when the people close to you are not supportive. I have lived that life for 51 years, let's make a difference for each other and be that support. This is the first time I have ever posted, so it is a real step outside the box for myself. What a darling baby!:smile:

Onions when cooked down have alot of sugar in them. Could be a reason for the higher calories, but the value to the taste and the fact that the calories are not fat calories make it a better choice to use your calories.
