Thankyou! I will try some of the lunges above before my next trip to the gym. I've never had anything like this happen before. It's on the side but feels like the joint not the muscle :( but I could be wrong.

Have never really stretched before the treadmill. Maybe that's something I need to incorporate? I wouldn't even know where to start. Also just an FYI not incline and most of the time it was just a fast walk on 6, I did about 2× 1 min runs on 12. Just want to get back to what I was. It's hard to be patient when you can't do…
