I'm 5'3.5 My starting weight on 9/1/11 was 257, now im at 216. i went on a two week vacation and gained back 15 lbs which i just recently relost so it set me back about 2 months so ive lost the same 15lbs twice lol. my goal weight is 157 so that i can say i lost 100lbs =D

emilybites.com is amazing. my husband and kids are so picky, i came across the site last week and made the cheesy chicken stuffing and the california quasadillas and the buffalo pizza chicken. all came out soooo good, my husband has already asked when we can have the chicken stuffing again haha

i have a white cat who has had to have one ear amputated due to a tumor on her ear. ever since we had the ear tip removed she has been just fine. i would go to great lengths and have done so to make sure my animal is happy and well taken care of. if she just wants to have it put to sleep then she doesnt deserve the cat in…

i usually try to make either extra for dinner and then bring it for lunch the next day or else i'll usually bring a sandwhich and a greek yogurt and a fiber bar. otherwise if i dont do either of those then i bring the frozen meals so i know how many calories im eating and such, like the smart ones or lean cuisines.

i love the oats and chocolate ones. i dont like the strawberry ones or the caramel ones. i havent had the peanut butter ones. as for the fiber one brownies the peanut butter ones are good. kinda dry but its good for only being 90 calories.

last night it was sloppy joes, baked beans and corn. tonight will be bbq chicken on the broiler pan and green beans. tomorrow will be shake n bake pork chops in the oven and broccoli with cheese. i try to figure out a couple days in advance what we're having to make sure i switch it up and bit.

when im cold i drink hot chocolate with coffee in it. I really like my coffee but i like it with waaaaayyyy too much cream and sugar in it so i found that if i drink hot chocolate and add the coffee to that then i dont have to add anything else. other than that in the morning its pretty much water for the rest of the day.

i have the same problem! i don't understand it because im really not eating anything that i shouldn't and all i drink is water. its insane!!!!!! i understand the rare days when i drink coffee and physically add the sugar but other than that i dont get it. so frustrating! honestly, i think that mfp is off on how much sugar…
