  • jocop2003 - its saying through out the week to get in 2 - 45 minute workouts. however u want to do it. if u want to work on the challenges for 45 min and consider that one of the workouts thats fine. its however u want to do it.
  • For the planks.......you hold them for as long as u can hold them to reach a total of 5 min during the week. so for newbies to planks try holding it for 30sec increments.
  • the challenges are on the spreadsheet that u weigh in on. at the bottom of the spreadsheet there is a tab to click for challenges.
  • the spreadsheet for ur weigh in - on the bottom of the page to the left it should say weigh ins and another column for challenges. click on challenges and find ur name on the list. thats where u keep track for the week
  • happywitme - i see you on the spreadsheet. check again? your the last person on the list. are you viewing it from your phone or computer? some phones dont allow you to view the entire document
  • You log your challenges through the week. If there are any questions on how to do a certain exercise, type it into YouTube and you will b able to find an instructional video on how to do that exercise. If you still then don't understand it I can try to explain in an email but obviously watching it is probably going to be…
  • Please let me know if you can not access the spreadsheet, I can then send you the link through a message.
  • The link to the spreadsheet has been posted! I will continue to edit it as I get more weigh ins but at least now you can get an idea of what the challenge will look like !

  • i set my oven to broil and stick the broiler pan in the oven to heat up then put the chicken on after the pan is hot. they cook fast on broil so make sure to keep an eye on them.
  • jillian michaels 30 day shred is really good. i couldnt walk for 2 days after i did it the first time. or else i youtube zumba videos
  • I take a zumba class at my gym 2-4 times a week and use my polar ft7. Our class is 45 min long (that includes our warm up song and cool down song) and I usually burn 450 calories. This week I tried a different zumba class with a different instructor and it was a 60 min class and I burned 700 calories. Hope this helps.
  • squash and zuccini are a new thing for me too, i was always too afraid to try them lol
