Did it .....not 30 minutes on the treadmill but I did burn 670 calories for my workout. I feel pretty DANG goood! Tomorrow is Cardio Max! :drinker:

Friday's are my rest day so today I'm doing Power Sculpt Levels 1, 2, 3 and then about 30 minutes of the treadmill. I hope everyone has a great weekend, stay motivated and focused! It can be so hard to stay on track on the weekends. Have a good one! :drinker:

I LOVE this DVD. I alternate it with BL Power Sculpt. I did the Cardio Max yesterday and did all three levels together for the first time. Yikes! Quite the butt kicker! But I loved it. Wouldn't it be nice if we could afford all organic?! :angry: I've also heard that peaches and nectarines should be organic if possible. Also milk. A friend of mine who used to buy all organic has had to cut back but refuses to give up the organic milk. I don't drink milk so not a big deal for me.

I do the same: 6:30 a.m. breakfast 9:30 a.m. snack 12:30 p.m. lunch 3:30 p.m. snack 6:30 p.m. dinner I don't usually have a snack but if I do I'll have it a couple hours later. It works great for me. My energy level is consistent, rarely hungry and I feel great!
