I live alone...just me and my four coffee makers. Mr. Coffee regular coffee pot, an espresso machine from Walmart, one of those manual ceramic drips, and a Keurig. Hey, I need them all, okay?!

I don't drink often, but when I do, it's usually not to "enjoy the taste" but rather to enjoy the effect. Beer is good for when I'm trying to keep an accurate calorie count--my local bar overpours by a ton, which is great for the whole "getting drunk" thing, not so great for the "keeping track" thing. I really love ciders…

No Sundae! I've been doing the 30DS too, and I only burn 200 calories in a workout. Do you know how many calories are in a mcdonald's hot fudge sundae with extra fudge. FIVE HUNDRED. Do you wanna do Jillian three extra times? I suuuure as hell don't. Just say no!

Jess, I have the same issues. When I work out, I don't lose as much as I do when I'm not exercising. I think that's because for the first few weeks (or even the first month or two) your body is getting used to the new efforts and strain you're putting on it.
