  • Very possible. What works for me is choosing lower carb options. For example, instead of having rice or pasta or bread, I have pumpkin, butternut squash, or sweet potatoes. I also avoid liquid calories in the form of tea or soda or even fruit juice. I take water instead. Snacking adds a lot of calories. I avoid it as well.
  • I'm currently a size 16/18, in 3 months time, I want to be a small size 14. A year from now, I want to be a size 8, to be fit enough to climb a mountain and most of all, to have a bikini body. :smile:
