I enjoy walking with WATP (WAH)! I need some help with motivation -- I need to get up at 4:40 a.m. to do a 2 mile walk and still leave for work on time. I know myself -- it has to be the morning or it won't happen. So, I'd like to be part of this group if you're still taking members. I'd like to do at least 10 miles a week…

That's actually good stuff!

Evening eating has always been my issue. I always eat well during the day -- or plan for excesses. I've found that if I have something to keep my hands busy, I don't think so much about munching. Even playing on my iPad helps -- it's the distraction factor.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/edit/5408657 I made this a lot over the holidays you might like it -- adjust the apple and cranberry to adjust the sweet.

I buy fruit bowls for mornings and veggie trays for afternoons.

That is amazing. You are doing so well!! Congratulations.
We also close the lid BEFORE every flush! It helps contain all those particles from flying in the air and spreading germs!
Thank you! Wondered when someone would bring that up .

The fitness guru who worked with my old doctor said that I should weigh 133. I've used that as my goal ever since but it's a laugh really. I was happy at 142 in the mid-80s; I'd be thrilled with 145 and will settle for 150. I still have a long way to go to get there through. I can re-evaluate then if I get there. Happy…

All my pants look like this, since all my weight is NOT in my hips and thighs. This cause my so-called waist is so big. I have to get down to about a size 12-14 before I don't get that effect in pants and jeans in particular.

Sauteed in olive oil with garlic to taste. Yummy!

There are diagnostic indicators for Celiac disease though. People with Celiac disease can't eat gluten. My cousin went through the diagnostic process (whatever that is) and is now gluten free, has lost weight and is no longer malnourished.

You have a georgeous little boy! Make happy times with him that don't revolve around food. Little ones are only small once -- I say make the most of him. I tell my niece who has a four year old daughter the same thing.

Awesome -- I know that made you smile

Great work Jason! We're all here for you. Please feel free to friend me if you wish.

Me too! I so feel your pain!

I think that very nearly everyone I've met at MFP can identify with you on some level. I won't "slap it out" but I will be here for you as an ally. Friend me if you wish.

If your tummy is really sensitive early in the morning drink water on the way to the gym and nibble on some whole grain crackers or something to give you some carbs to work off.

Sadly it isn't sold in the US except by mail order. I'd love to try it, but I can't risk buying that much and then discovering it's something I react badly to. Maybe if I contact them they will send samples.

Get the smaller boxes to try. Lots of places sell them. The Hot Apple Cider is awesome!

We've never had a problem with several people who are drinking coffee; heating time is minimal even when the tank is refilled. I love my Keurig.

Thanks JipsyJudy, I'll give that a try next time. Kobiemom, I am so very sorry for your loss. Glad you got some pup-love from heaven today. It is hard to lose a fur-kid, especilly one you've had for a long time. Judi

I have three cats presently living with me and I'll try and get pictures up later. All three are rescues: Shadow (a dilute tortie) is nearly 12, I took her in as a foster when her family returned her and another cat to a rescue with which I work; she came with the name and I didn't change it. Ginger (Ginny) is a five-year…

Nope. Almost 59 here. I used to hate water, now I gussle it - especially on workout days.

I'm too far away from a final gift yet. But probably something like a week at a great spa resort on the beach.
