ok thankyou, they say that to me that its scar tissue and addiesions, but i know its more svere than that, i go to my surgeon next week so hopefully get me back to normal, thanx again :)))

well you never see a swimmer or someone who skips with fat legs, it wont happen overnight, to acheieve these results you must keep it up.. for at least 6months if you really want results, its mainly your diet though :)

cycling for your legs, or squats alone , hand wieghts for your arms , but you have to keep this up if you want results, anything resistance will tone you up.
