  • I've seen a ton of these on Pinterest for shows I don't watch. I have made up a few of my own for shows I do watch.
  • I just was saying this yesterday. I recently moved up to a 20lb kettle bell, which my 8 yr old thinks is "soooo heavy". When I told him I've lost more weight than two of those he was shocked. To be honest, so was I. No wonder I was so tired all the time. That's a lot to be carrying around all day.
  • I can't really get out to run - no gym, no treadmill, single parent w/ 8 yr old prone to overheating - but at home sometimes at night I'll jog in place whenever a character in the tv show or movie I'm watching is running. Not exactly the same but better than sitting on the couch the whole time.

Currently at 235 after 7 months (4 moderate, 3 steady) progress. 175-180 is my "Lost 100 lbs" goal (never put my highest in MFP, didn't want to admit it!   • ^^^ This! I have it as the lock screen / background on my phone so I see it multiple times every day. More than once just seeing it reminded me of my goal and motivated me to do a little more that day.
