  • I dont eat all clean foods but i do eat a lot of them and regular foods that said i don't eat cookies, ice cream, chips, or soda.
  • i watch what i eat all week and stay under my calories so when the weekend comes and i choose to drink a few(twisted teas are my weakness) i don't feel as bad and it doesn't hurt me as bad but i always work out the next day.
