i am in- i have been following the app most of the winter but have not ran in 2 weeks due to weather. I like running outside :-)

I did too but bought compression sleeves (you can get the full sock too) but this has helped alot- no more soreness!

That is awesome! I to just recently started the C25K program (on week 2) and I am starting to love it! I have also noticed that i feel better after a run- and look forward to my next one! Keep up the great work!

WOW!! Great job...i am re-starting my journey now... i was down 30 lbs changed jobs to a job where i do not get in as much walking as i did and put 20 back on...frustrating...ideas on how to stay motivated? Please post :smile:

These are some great idea's- i eat alot of grapes/apples/carrots/celary but i am going to look into these other options too!!

I just ran/walked my first 5K yesterday (10/14/12), I live in St. Louis and Go St. Louis does a run that you dress up for Halloween...it was amazing...my goal is to run the 10K next year!!

I to am new to running (walk/slow jog :-), I am doing the couch to 5K...I must admit i found it a bit slow getting started but i am avoiding injury.

Today I will stay on track because I fell off and gained back 5 pounds...and I signed up for a 5K in October and want to be able to complete it!!

I am doing Week 1 Day 3 tonight, might have to wait for the sun to start setting since it is going to be mid 90's here today...I am loveing the feeling I am already getting...and my dog is loving it too...:-)

I have been hitting up the Goodwill and thrift stores..goal is to only wear them a few weeks then take them back for a donation...lol...

Started L2 yesterday...WOW!!...the push ups kicked my @$$...but noticing that I am getting stronger...that feels great!!

Those all sound like great ideas, I already have to park almost 20 minutes away from my office I will walk instead of taking the shuttle.
