Mmmmm...Sweet Potato Fries.... layer them on a baking sheet, drizzle some olive oil and add seasoning of choice. Then bake them at 400 degrees for like 40-50 minutes. So yummy. Oh and lay down aluminum foil on the baking sheet so it is easier to clean up. Just had these last night but want to make them again now.

Focus on the 5 pound marks. I want to get below 185 right now, but my ultimate goal is 145. But my focus is 185. I don't care about anything else. Once I get below 185 then I will focus on 180. Eventually I will be focusing on 145.

Peanut butter and banana? I do fruit smoothies, but those don't really work if you aren't hungry right away. I also do oatmeal with different fruit in it. You can throw the dry oatmeal in a plastic to go container along with all the fixings, then just add water later. Hard boiled eggs work well too.

The quote that broke me of this habit was "Stop rewarding yourself with food, you aren't a dog." It was such a common sense statement but it really broke me of that habit. Although I will still eat a Dove Dark Chocolate square to relax after a long day.
