Planks are a great exercise for the abs. so if you're looking to do some extra work, i would definitely consider doing those.

I'm in the final week of Month 1, and I haven't had sore abs either, but i have lost lots of inches in my waist. This program is more of a fat burning program, so I feel you may not feel as much in your abs. I've incorporated extra ab workouts aside from Insanity.
