I'm in. Not quite sure how "successful" I will be as I average around 3000 cals burned per week and sodium is an issue of mine. BUT, I will try to at least be/do much "better" if I cannot make it 100%. CHALLENGING!:laugh:

I sooo feel what you are saying with this! However, my LAZE shows itself in different ways. (1)- I am mostly only lazy to exercise when I am at home. For whatever reason, it seems sooooo hard to get it done at home. Just 'knowing' that the kids are around (4yrs and 6yrs) drains me of all energy. How sad (in a pathetic way)…

OOOOOOH! Just 'tested' out a burpee and all I can say is OUCH!!!! Bad shoulder (tendentious) and very bad knee (torn ligaments) will make this QUITE a challenge. HOWEVER, I will 'try' none the less. I'm in too! Will attempt 30-sec planks. I already hurt just thinking about these! And, as sugar is not one of the things that my MFP is set to track, I will make my nutrition goal be the water one of 8+ glasses/cups per day.
