It's been 2 days and so far... I have managed fine with the exercise part of things. As for the no eating after 10 pm? Failed miserably last night. So far, tonight is a - dear I say - win... Will be starting the push-ups part of my Nov goal this weekend. Hang in there everybody!

These choices suck. BUT, if I had to choose 1, I would go with "B". However, I would just rather you be up-front with it and just tell me that you want out and why. We are all grown. I would rather know than be lied too - which both options are. Just blurt that **** out and call it a day! I will live.

Hi Ashley. I recently watched the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and it has made me a juicer believer! First 2 days for me were "ok" - made it through. HOWEVER, day 3 was a bust! A friend @ work just came back from a trip to Florida and brought back a big box of saltwater taffy. Before I could catch myself, I had already eaten 4 of them! Grrrrrr! Tomorrow, I start again.

I am in!!! I plan to start tomorrow. My goal is to avoid and/or substitute these foods with healthier versions/optiions (ex: potatoe chips replaced with lentil chips). I am a sugar addict! This is going to be VERY challenging for me...!
