i feel the cold more now

same here, i keep on getting told i look too skinny, but according to BMI i am still obese, i dont know what to do, loose another couple of pounds so i am over weight according to BMI, or loose another couple of stone to be in the healthy range

you eat more than me, you eat lots of snacks, cut out crisps and nibbles just for 2 weeks and see if there is a loss

2 to 3lb per week and have done for the past 12 weeks, eat your goal and exercise even if its a half hour fast walk per day and it will drop off

i dont eat mine on the day, i save them for the week end and drink them

just once same day same time, then that is your proper weight and not water loss or gain

all i have done is cut out, pies, crisps, sweat stuff, and cut down on bread and have smaller plate fulls, i have not changed the amount of beer i drink (approx 20 to 30 pints a week) so i save up all my exersize cals for the weekend beer drinking session and i am loosing 2lb per week

i usualy go just under goal but dont use exersize extras and i am losing about 2lb a week at the minute. you need to remember only to weigh your self same day of the week and the same time (just out of bed)

running out side you have to use your legs to move, on a tread mill you are just lifting your legs up and down because the machine is doing the moving

i agree i have lost almost 2 stone in 7 weeks coz i have started running

done my first 5k the other week, i felt great that i did it after 6 weeks of training and diet

i agree, on the menu should at have grams per item then you could at least work it out

i am the same lost 22lb clothes to but dont want to spend to much coz in 6 weeks time may need to buy new again, its a hard one

hopefully will be able to tell you in 3 stone time . but you need to be careful or you will end up ill in hospital if you loose to much

it does work as it makes you watch what you eat and you feel guilty if you go over try to add lots of friends that way you try harder to exercise and not eat over the limit as every one can see what you are doing
