i have just upped my cals from 1200 to 1700 a day and lost 3.2lb this week

milk is best, i was on tv this week

i lost 2 or 3 lb every week for about 4 months, stick at it mate, its not just water

im norm i exercise 4 to 5 times a week and would like to loose 5 to 10 lb in feb on top of the 42lb i have lost in the last 4 month . then i think i will stick at that if possible

i log every thing, (but only as quick cals as i know the cals or work them out in every thing i eat or drink) . thats why i am loosing weight and not still fat, as i am not kidding myself

if your profile is set to seditary then yes count it because that means your calory goal is the cals you need just sitting down all day

i am always well over weekly goal (obviously still eating a lot less than i used to but i exercise at least 4 times a week now) and still loosing about 2lb per week, i must admit in the last couple of weeks i stopped loosing but yesterday i lost again, so hopefully will loose a few more pound in the next few weeks

no it should be the SAME as your goal (this will mean eating back exersice cals) as MFP has already deducted the cals to loose your weight hope this helps
