With my DVD purchase of the shred I received an offer to try Jillian Michaels' website. When I signed up it said to take two rest days per week.

Day one - done. I even ate well. I saw someone else post this under circuit training- so I updated my workout. I had no idea what to use! I also choose to do the modified versions since I'm proned to hurting my knee. It was a tough workout, but the 20 minutes flew by! Wishing everyone a successful 29 more days!!!!
