  • Kaja, The best way to start beleiving in yourself is to say "Thank you" whenever someone pays you a compliment. Just say "Thank you" and leave it at that! Most of us tend to say "Thank you...but...I'm still fat". We cut ourselves down when we get a compliment. So, in the future, what are you going to say?? THANK YOU!!!…
