Just thinking about it seems more likely you are getting more fit and your actual exertion is not the same as your body adapts and your heart is not working as hard as you are better able to handle the activity. Just change it up a bit :)

Only thing I can think of is get more sleep if you have already manipulated your calories and exercise. Are are doing the same workouts all the time? Think about changing it up and you have a different deficit and might start losing again.

Air popped popcorn- you get a lot and it is crunchy if you are in a "chips mood". Now they even have flavors you can sprinkle on for more taste. I would say still weigh yourself on Friday...It is only Monday today. And having said that I am sure the binge did not put back all the pounds you could have lost this past month! I bet you will still have a success!

Pick up up oxygen magazine....great tips and this month they have a whole body weight lifting routine to get fit for the new year. :)

I agree I would try to not eat the extra calories gained from working out and then I think you might see a difference. :)

How are you doing with calories...something not only changing exercise but eating a little more for a couple days and then starting over sometimes helps.

Try looking up the firm videos. They are cardio and weight training at the same time and might be a good place to start!

Oh I agree with you. Nice plus size clothing is hard to find & wish they would just make the same clothing larger...no need for elastic waists etc. But let's do this & we never have to care! Feel free to add me as a friend!

Hate to tell you but HCG is a hormone. As another member said it is the pregnancy hormone. I agree you are only losing weight by doing a month of intense calorie restriction. Research reputable sources for information such as Mayo Clinic which reports no study supports that HCG drops/injections etc. adding to weight loss…
