  • I wish I didn't like quest bars - I could probably save myself some serious money. I am also at the gym by 530 every morning but am not doing as much heavy lifting as you are so our fuel plans will likely be pretty different. I can't workout on a completely empty stomach but also don't allow time to make anything or digest…
  • I just sent you a friend request! I am lucky that my family and most of my friends are fairly health-conscious as well so I don't get too many comments. I love food and exercise and love to talk about them both, but only really do it when asked. I think my (mostly) healthy diet and workouts has affected some around me in a…
  • Listening in.... mexican always ends up being a treat for me becuase I can't limit those tortilla chips
  • 26 and been logging in for 124 days today... add me if you would like! :)
  • I make my own little "instant oatmeals" that i mix 1 TBS in before adding the hott water. I mix it in my greek yogurt with sometimes some unsweetened coco powder too

  • I'm a Sales Manager at a hotel - desk job. I pre pack and log my breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks every night before work. We have a cafeteria that serves us a meal every day if I wanted. There is almost always an abundance of leftover food from hotel events - french toast, bagels, homefries, sandwiches, cookies, etc... it…

  • i love sweets, especially chocolate. sometimes there is nothing better than the real thing so if you can limit yourself to a serving of whatever you really enjoy i would recommend that. i also have a few chocolatey things that i have often that aren't too bad on the calorie count. plain greek yogurt with some stevia/truvia…

  • 5'4" with a goal of 135... would love any new friends!
  • I will be eating pasta while everyone else eats ham. Carb loading for the BOSTON MARATHON! :)

  • I am 5'4" and currently at 147... have been as low as 137 and as high as 160+. I felt best at that lowest weight but it was harder for me to maintain... I am aiming to get there again but will be happy to settle around 140 for awhile and focus more on how I feel and look.
  • I will send you a FR! I have been training for a marathon (it's on Monday) so that's why you may see some intense wacky calorie burns in my diary the past few months... I don't normally run 20 miles for fun. Once I finish that I am looking forward to starting back up with some weights and spinning again. Our calories look…
  • Do as others have said and focus on your own goals. My boyfriend eats huge portions of whatever he wants. He is also one of the lucky ones who doesn't gain weight. I choose to cook dinners that I know he will like and just serve him a larger portion. This way we are both fed and I am still meeting my goals each day. When…
  • this is all great! I also wonder when I will know what I want my goal weight to be. I have a few different numbers in my head but think I will only truly know it when I am there. In the meantime I will just focus on 5 lb goals at a time... at what point should I slowly begin to increase my daily calories? I have seen a lot…
  • This is so perfect for me! I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs more times than I can count over the past 3 years. I understand that I am fortunate I can stop my fluctuation at 10 lbs, but also really want to learn how to maintain. Why do I spend 6 months beign so dilligent only to let it slip away with summer BBQ's,…
  • I am up at 5:15 and at the gym by 5:30 for about an hour workout (give or take). I have one of those 50 calorie unsweetened applesauce cups before I go along with my vitamins... works great for me! I have also done half a banana or a couple of almonds at times.
  • You will definitely get a lot of mixed reactions posting about a cleanse on here but I can give you my honest opinion. I have done a similar 3 day juice cleanse once a year for the past 3 years and I personally have loved it. It's pricey and will not give you lasting weightloss which is important to realize in the…

  • i live in boston, ma - it was the last one in the grocery store so must be popular...!
  • I did a 3 day juice cleanse at one point when i was getting off track, i felt like i needed something to give me a boost. there are a lot out there but i did the cooler cleanse - i actually chose this one becasue i had a groupon and juice cleanses tend to be pricey. i did it with two other girls in my office and 2/3 of us…
  • I lost weight on the old system steadily for 6 months, once they changed it i maintained/gained as well...
  • i was never a huge fan of red meat and just recently stopped eating chicken.... still eat fish, eggs and dairy. no particular reason other than i wanted to see if i would feel differently - so far so good! and the bambi thing, too
