An awesome snack I tried this week was take two Carmel rice cakes, mix sugar free whip cream with a few dashed if cinnamon. Put about three or four Tablespoons on one cake and top it with the other rice cake. Pop in the freezer for an hour. It's like an ice cream sandwich.

If it's getting late I would just call it a night and skip the snack craving. If your truly hungry have a cup of green tea with honey.
