i used to do 7 days, but i took out 1 day for resting, because of excessive fatigue, still makes me antsy on the rest day. i lift in all 6 workouts, and only one 15 minute cardio session per week

I do it, make sure you don't skimp on a good set of calipers. Plus take a measurement atleast 3 times(like don't do measurement on the same site 3 times, do it once and go to the next site and cycle through it 3 times).
