Also I have found that while there is a 1 inch difference between some of the smaller sizes, there is a huge difference between larger sizes. You need to lose an inch to go from a 6 to a 4 but depending on the brand you can have to 3+ inches to go from an 18 to a 16 or 16 to 14 for example.

Sorry for the accountant answer :) So if you are trying to eat 1330 (start with that and add subtract if you are always within the 50 calories and having no result) and the Fitbit it starting you at say 1000 a day then adding your activity (so on average your FitBit adjustment is 330 calories) your should put 1000 into MFP…

Did you adjust your MFP calories down to agree to the Fitbit starting point? So for example I am suppose to eat 1260 calories per the "standard" mfp calculation which would be 2260 of an estimated average TDEE so lets us that as an example. Now this INCLUDES an assume basic level of activity, aka even the desk job setting…

I have found that cottage cheese has almost as much protein and is much more to my liking for eating plain (or with nuts/touch of honey) but I have found plain greek yogurt to be my new favorite product to use when cooking chicken. I mix spices/franks hot sauce (my current favorite is a tandoori blend I make ....turmeric,…

I agree the prices are way off....pricing similar products and defaulting to the sale option if available I got $45-50 bucks for each of these compared to what I would pay. Now maybe these are all at the best price of the year...strawberries are $1.88 this week (stock up!) but cashews are 7.99 and beef is fairly high right…

I am often in a similar situation and I find if I maintain my exercising I actually feel better on the 4 hours of sleep then I do getting 6 or more without exercising. Berries!!! They are one of the highest fiber per gram foods out there and also have tons of antioxidents to boot. I try to avoid fiber supplements like Fiber One bars because I am trying to eliminate HFCS.

I usually go with a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and berries or a banana on the side. I have a company cafeteria where I can toast the english muffin but I think this would still be good made at home and brought to work. If you do not like peanut butter you can substitute hummus.
