Thank you, I am slowly learning what is good and was is bad. My hubby is extremely thin (5ft9 and 140#) so I try to keep lots of sweets in the house for him, he was 160# before he lost weight from the celiac. The brownie mix isn't too bad and he loves the glutino sandwhich cookies. We have an appointment with a…

You look fantastic! Everyone has done such a great job

Try Pinterest, there are so many great recipes there!

My running playlist is always full of old cheesey music that I know every single word to. It gives me something else to focus on rather than the run, I just sing along (hopefully) in my head. Stuuf like the b52s, mc hammer, etc

What a fantastic job! You look amazing, all the side by side photos are such a great visual of the difference weights make

I love this thread! So much positivity and women being comfortable with their bodies!

What a massive difference! Fantastic effort

I do an aqua aerobics class 5 days a week which is mostly squats, dips, chin ups and pushups in intervals with cardio. 3 mornings a week I run, 2 mornings I swim and the weekends I don't do any structured exercise, I just take my boys swimming or bike riding or chase them around the park.

This is a great idea and one which is really popular in a lot of schools here. The kids grow lots of high yield vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, snow peas, strawberries etc and then cook with the stuff that they grow. It gets them thinking about new foods and menu planning and results have shown so far that kids are…

I really want to be fit, I miss that more than anything. I want to run a tough mudder race and I want to be able to open my wardrobe and know that every single thing in it fits me perfectly, I'm sick of having to try on everything to see what looks ok!
-
Welcome! You can do this, you'll find heaps of support here and will be able to find the answer to pretty much anything you want to know. Just try and be consistent with it, if you eat foods that you're trying to avoid or go way over on your calories one day, log it and keep going-don't give up because of one bad day. Can…

You look fantastic! Well done. I'm training to run 10km too and if I can do it in under an hour first time too I'll be stoked! Sure you'll get the last few kg off in no time

Yup, I want that bum too! Or one that looks that good in those shorts!
I'm in!

Haha, I totally race the old people in the pool!

How old are your kids? Most littler kids love things that are brightly coloured and messy so things like spaghetti or lasagne (full of sneaky puréed veg like zucchini, carrot, spinach etc), tacos made from scratch with beans or lentils, chicken wraps, stirfry (my 2 year old loves it with hokkien noodles but isn't as keen…

You look fantastic! I totally want a flat stomach like that. Great job

My goals are to Run 10km in under 40min Start strength training Mix up the classes I do at the gym Focus on being strict about what I eat, the stomach pain that certain foods cause is really not worth it!

I'd want to look like me but toned and fit. I'd like Miranda kerr's boobs though-I don't know what I did wrong when I breast fed but mine certainly didn't bounce back into position like hers seem to have done! I'd spend the day at the beach looking smoking jot in a bikini and surfing-not that I can surf yet but it's on my…

If you had never read any parenting books or had any advice from anybody, what would your gut instinct be? Go with that. We were warned with both of our boys that we'd make life hard for ourselves if we didn't let them cry it out but we decided that they're not little for long so if they wanted to be rocked or fed to sleep…

Feel free to add me, although tassie does have a different time zone to you over in WA!

The best way to exercise is with your baby, I have a 12 week old who I carry in a sling when I go walking (you burn heaps of extra calories that way!) & there are also a few strengthening exercises you can do using your baby as a weight you should be able to google mum and baby yoga and find some ideas. Breastfeeding…

Its really important that you go and see a lactation consultant to help you both get through this. Feeding your daughter more frequently and changing sides often during a feed should stimulate your milk production but her not wanting to feed might not have anything to do with your milk. She might not be attaching properly…

Did a terrible job with the water, started c25k & not sure about the steps because the pedometer and c25k program are both on my phone & it can't do 2 things at once! Tomorrow I'm going to 1. Drink more water 2. Go on a big beach walk 3. To make better food choices-not just eat less junk than usual

Hi, I'm Emma, and commitment and willpower aren't really my specialities.... BUT like the quote goes "every passing minute is a chance to turn it around" so here are my goals for tomorrow 1. Drink enough water 2. Start c25k 3. Do 10,000 steps for the day
