I agree with the previous comments. Dont be to hard on yourself. Drink a bottle of water, take a walk and then eat half or tell yourself your gonna kick in 15 extra minutes of walking or exercise and eat the whole thing. Def post it to your calorie count too, But just 1, lol..

Good Morning :-) Though the scale may not have moved, you may have lost inches. Give yourself a pat onthe back and celebrate a NSV, if you pushed yourself to exercise even when you didnt want to. Come on now, we can do this, next week I am sure will be different

This week was truly a stressful one so i guess the extra minutes at the gym paid off :-) My weight for 10/27 is -3.........302, i succeeded on this weeks goal

I totally agree with this post. Congrats on the new born and for wanting to become healthy. It is a slow process, but dont get discouraged. At the end of 2010, i was 347, now i am 3 lbs away from 299. To some it may be a slow process but to me, its long term loss that matters the most, so i am comfortable with loosing…

Count me in. I just posted on the message board yesterday about having support & at the point of NOT wanting to give up any more. I have had a MFP account for awhile now & dropped the ball everytime Ive gotten discouraged. I have a long way to go so definitly add me & we can encourage each other as we kick some fats azz :-)

I like the 30minute express. I have been a member with my Planet Fitness for a while and just got back into it. I utilize the machines and the steps or i may jog in place, squats or something else as long as Im moving around. Im a little over 300 so the circut is my go to place after the treadmill warm-up.
