  • Hi! I've just recently started Kayla's bbg guide. Two weeks down and I'm loving it! I don't know if I'm going to be able to stick to her eating guide 100% but I'm definitely going to try and eat cleaner and hope that MFP will help accountability. Would be great to start a bbg group on here for motivation!
