Agree with the above post,,when it is your time you to start you will know, Put a picture of you at your heavy's on the fridge it works for me,,then I think twice before reaching for junk :)

Just started two days ago,,IT sucks,,it will take time,,That is what I tell my self,,It took a long time to put it on,,so it will take a long time to take it off. One day at a time :)
