  • I love Black Bean Avocado Salsa! 1 can rotel 1 can drained black beans 1 diced up avocado 1 TBSP sugar and fresh squeezed lime over the diced avocado. Just mixed everything up and use scoops chips to scoop and eat-up. Its a great party salsa even.
