  • I am over on my protein today. I haven't had any grains at all in a few days. I did not get a break at work today for about 12 hours. I think that may be throwing me off. I brought a protein bar, but I don't think its the same as real food!

  • I do it daily. I feel like I get better idea of how I am trending. Some days are off a bit and I don't put too much weight in it (heh heh). But I also think it keeps me accountable. If I don't do it every day I pretend it doesn't exist and leads to me messing up the plan and losing focus of the goal.

  • I had it so bad that I was in a walking cast for a month! I found that Ice, NSAID pain releivers, and rolling a tennis ball under my foot really helped. I also only wore my running shoes for about 2 months. My pain has completely resolved.

  • Thank you for posting this. I have never in my life had a fast food burger and people don't believe me when I tell them that I save more money by making my own food. Convenience foods are not good for you and it is not hard to eat well and save money and know where your food is coming from.

  • It would be a no for me. Have always had big boobs and they do not shrink no matter how much weight I lose. I actually met with a Dr. about a reduction and my insurance would have covered it 100%. But I backed out at the 11th hour. The whole idea really creeped me out.
