Drink a full glass of water before eating, or more perhaps...then eat, your body will feel fuller....also a study was done..if u eat w ur opposite hand, Youl eat 30% less calories n eel the same fullness BC ur mind is focused on trying to use your opposite hand...

Is that a serious post....who advised you that eating bacon n chorizo js a good alternative....or the fact that on any diet its not healthy to eat all that!! Surprised ur numbers werrent wors....chill w the salty fatty meats!!! Those in any way are gross for u!!!

I have friends totally ripped bit that's all they eat...36 eggs a day...6 eggs, 6 times a day....5 whites n one whole...but the catch is...their raw....they whisk them n drink it....it's gross but u should see how shredded these dudes r

U do the full 3 miles, 2.5 warmup, then the sprints pushups n leg lifts n post. 5 mile, ur burning way more than 250 cals dude! U burning more than that just on the pre m post jog!!! If it take u an hour to do the whole thing ur pushin at least 750....
