  • Have you heard of planks? Those work on arms, core back & legs! It's similar to the push-up, you just hold in place without going down like you would with a push -up! So no push just holding your self up!! Lol!
  • What has helped me not to over eat/binge is questioning my self as I'm thinking of eating! Am I really hungry? When was the last time I ate ? Am I thirsty? I read that a lot of times people confuse thirst for hunger. So I'll drink some water before eating, wait a few minutes & see if I'm satisfied.
